Blowing the covers off governmental indifference to terror, growing partisanism and spiraling impunity of terror perpetrators, 13 high intensity blasts ripped through the north eastern state of Assam Thursday. At least 61 have already been reported killed in the near simultaneous explosions that targeted commercial areas of the state capital three other districts.
